The confidential telephone helpline is available 24/7, 365 days a year, offering a counselling service on stress, family relationships, and debt along with legal and financial advice, and information on medical matters too.

GP Helpline
With the GP helpline you can speak to a fully qualified practicing GP at a time that suits you. The GP will be able to provide you with advice, reassurance and possibly a diagnosis. There is no limit to the number of times you can call, and all calls will remain confidential.

Check out your current health and fitness levels without even breaking into a sweat! Complete your assessment at home, online, and within minutes receive a summary of your current fitness level and recommendations for improved health and wellbeing.

Lost key fob
It is always a worry if you lose your keys. With your BHSF Benefits Club membership you will receive a key fob. If your keys are found and returned to BHSF we will organise the safe return of your keys to you.

Lost luggage label
Whether you leave your bag on the bus, in a taxi or the airline loses it for you, the disruption of trying to track down and reclaim lost luggage can be distressing. If your luggage is found and reported to BHSF, we will try and reunite you with your personal belongings. (Please note: luggage labels are an additional cost item).
